Find out about wellness lifestyle options that are working for people just like you and encourage each other to transform both inside and out. With guest speakers, interactive experiences and group support we’ll remain motivated and on track towards our goals! Begins Monday January 21 – March @ 7:00 pm.



GriefShare is for people grieving the death of a family member or friend. Whether you’ve lost a spouse, child, family member, or friend, you’ve probably found there are not many people who understand the deep hurt you feel. Mondays, beginning January 14
